KUKA Industrial Robots
KUKA’s robot portfolio covers a wide range of automation needs – from fast, compact robots to heavy-duty robots with payload capacities exceeding one tonne.
- DELTA Robots – 6–15 kg payload, reach up to 455 mm. Designed for high-speed picking and sorting applications.
- SCARA Robots – 6–60 kg payload, reach up to 1,200 mm. Ideal for fast assembly and material handling.
- Collaborative Robots (LBR iisy) – 3–15 kg payload, reach up to 1,300 mm. Designed for flexible applications and operation in close proximity to people.
- Small 6-Axis Robots (KR AGILUS) – payload up to 16 kg, reach up to 1,103 mm. Ideal for high-speed handling, assembly, and machine tending.
- Medium-Payload Robots (KR CYBERTECH / KR IONTEC) – 8–70 kg payload, reach up to 3,101 mm. Versatile robots for material handling and production automation.
- Large Robots (KR QUANTEC / KR FORTEC) – 120–500 kg payload, reach up to approximately 3.9 m. Designed for handling heavy components and machine tending.
- Heavy-Duty Robots (KR FORTEC ultra / KR TITAN ultra) – payload up to 1,500 kg, reach up to approximately 4.2 m. Designed for handling very large components and heavy loads.
- Palletizing Robots – specialized high-speed, long-reach robots with payload capacities up to 1,500 kg for automated palletizing and handling of products and loads.
